It’s the Mordern Renaissance of our time by Anastasia Beverly Hills (ABH). Since I’ve purchased this beauty three weeks ago – I’ve not STOPPED reaching for IT!!! I am so pleased that it is permanent, and a first for ABH. I bought my palette from Beauty Bay.
The palette has 14 shades with neutral and warm berry shades. I love the colour of each shades and how pigmented they are. There are 3 metallic and 11 matte shades, all shades are very easy to blend and buildable. The lighter shades for example, Goldern Ochre is a brilliant colour for a transition shade for the crease of your eye and adding Burnt Orange or Realgar give that added warm colour to the eyes. Its been my go to for the summer look and then I’ll add a winged liner. For the pop of colour I’ve used Love letter or Venetian Red under my lower eyelid.
The palette is brilliant for a daytime and evening look. I’ve truly enjoyed playing with the shadows and like the dual ended brush that comes with it. Furthermore, when using the shadows with any blending brushes – there is a lot of powder residue that comes off it. but tapping of the excess of will create better results. Please don’t blow on your brushes!
